Storage period
We encourage you to delete comments, likes and other interactions you have left on our profile if you no longer want them to appear on our pages. Design Concept Denmark does not delete such publicly available interactions.

Design Concept Denmark A/S processes your personal data on one or more of the following bases:

Consent: If we wish to obtain references from previous and/or current employers that you have not named as referees in your application, we will only do so if we have your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Storage period
If we are able to offer you a position at Design Concept Denmark A/S, your application and other relevant personal data collected in connection with the recruitment procedure will be stored in your personal file with us.

If, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a position, we will keep your personal data for up to 6 months after our rejection.

You can withdraw any consent you may have given as part of our recruitment process at any time. To fulfil the above purposes, we may provide access to your personal data to third parties who, based on a contractual relationship with Muubs or Design Concept Denmark A/S, provide relevant services. Examples include IT suppliers, email and marketing providers and IT solution providers. Such service providers will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the data processing agreements entered into.
