Claims
It is important that you send your complaint to the person you bought the item from. That is if you have bought your item from one of our dealers, you must send your complaint to them.
However, if you bought the item from us, you should send your complaint to: support@designconceptdenmark.dk
Here you must write:
- Your invoice or order number
- Item number of the item
- Number of pcs.
- Reason for the complaint
- Image documentation in high resolution.
